This particular UL-rated plastic fiber cable is made of Flame-retardant PVC jacket to keep the core from being influenced or damaged by fire or any other harsh envrioment. It contains industry-standard diameter 1.0 mm plastic optical fiber core/cladding jacketed with a gray polyvinyl chloride material. Its overall diameter is 2.2 mm. Patch cords are available in multiple standard lengths and shipped from stock or rapidly fabricated from stocked inventory to meet short delivery schedules. Here's the structure detail:
