This automotive Polymer Optical Fiber(POF), is also called automotive Plastic Optical Fiber, which is specially designed for the application where high temperature working enviroment exists. The most typical application of this is for Automotive Multi-media System or Automotive Audio System.
Compared with general Plastic Optical Fiber(POF) Cable, this special POF cable is jacketed with heat resistant Nylon, which assures the Max. temperature of this Automotive POF Cable can reach 105 Celsius Degrees.
